Baked Oatmeal
A whole pan of maple-cinnamon baked oatmeal that serves the whole family. Slice into squares and reheat all week for a warm breakfast.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.

Mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in the baking dish.

Slice banana over the oat mixture.

Whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla in a bowl.

Pour liquid mixture evenly over the oats. Gently press down to submerge.

Bake 35 minutes until top is golden and the center is set.
