Cabbage Stir Fry
Tender sauteed cabbage with garlic and soy sauce - an incredibly cheap vegetable side or light meal.

Slice cabbage into thin shreds, discarding the core.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add minced garlic and stir 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add cabbage and toss frequently for 5 minutes.

Add soy sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Cook 2 more minutes until cabbage is tender with some caramelized edges.
