French Onion Pasta

Instructions

Slice onions into thin half-moons.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.

Add onions and cook low and slow for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until deeply caramelized.

Cook pasta per package directions, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
