Tofu Fried Rice
Crispy tofu tossed with vegetable fried rice and soy sauce. A satisfying plant-based meal ready in under 30 minutes.

Instructions

Press tofu dry with paper towels and cut into small cubes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Fry tofu until golden on all sides, about 8 minutes. Remove.

Add remaining oil and garlic. Cook 30 seconds.

Push to the side, scramble in eggs.

Add rice and tofu. Stir fry 3 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce, toss everything and serve hot.
